Arriving at Camp
You are welcome to arrive at camp any time after 1800 on Thursday. Please un-box on the concrete and then park up in the field.
Haylage and bedding will be provided but you will need to bring your own haynets, water buckets, mucking out tools and feed. Additional bales of shavings are available to purchase on site. In the interests of tranquility, all the horses will be fed at 7 each morning. Just leave your feed bucket outside the stable and we will put it in. If you want to be on the yard earlier than this, please feed all 33 horses.
Thursday Evening
We will be putting on pie & peas and a glass of wine at about 2030 on Thursday so there is no need to worry about food on the first night. The kitchen in the pavilion is basically equipped but you may want to bring your crockery, cutlery, kitchen knife and tea towels. There is plenty of fridge space and free tea and coffee available throughout camp.
Unmounted Balance Class
Tonia has kindly agreed to put on an unmounted balance and coordination session from 3 to 4 pm in the indoor school. You can sign up for this any time prior to it.
Please remember NO DOGS AT CAMP but do feel free to call if you have any questions.
